True tube sound requires tube rectification. Add to that 2 6SN7 tubes per channel, remote control, and a seperated power supply for $1500. and you have a sonic 'giant killer'. This cheap Chinese obscurity is the pride of my super 'bang for the buck' system. There is nothing like it untill you look at Cary's top of the line for $7,500. or ARC's for 13K. The only thing that it lacks is 'snob appeal'.
