GF-H2 /Shengya V-218 Speakers, Beautiful Horn Loaded Wood Horn Tweeter Speakers. These are the 2-ways with a second order cross-over, that is invisible sounding. It is very difficult to get up and stop listening to these. They do everything right with all the detail of a horn without the harshness sometimes associated with horns. I first heard these over 2 years ago and instantly fell in love with the look and sound, but speakers had to wait then as we focused on our tube amps. Now we have them and you can too. If you've been thinking of upgrading your speakers (from just about any price) you should consider the GF-H2 / Shengya V-218 for most normal size rooms, if you need something bigger with more bass, then look at the GF-H1 / Shengya V-518's.
This speaker is a perfect match for our A-534B and A-348 tube amps and most other amps too. The amount of detail these speakers present is stunning. You will hear things you have never heard before in your music, while maintaing a natural and balanced sound, quite the achievement. The wood horn is specially designed to reduce air noise typically found in horn tweeter. That and they look cool.
Note that these are quite large for 2 way speakers and we suggest a Skylan 20" Stand to mate with them.
